Hi there,
Hope you're well. My PhD student just finished analyzing the preliminary CGP data for our collaborative grant. The results look quite interesting.
Key findings include significant mutations in BRCA1 and TP53, along with high microsatellite instability (MSI-H). It seems promising for the grant's direction.
I'd like to find a time for us and Dr. Chen to connect and discuss how we can best integrate this into the grant proposal.
Let me know what your availability looks like next week.
Best,
Chris

Hi Chris,
Thanks for sharing the preliminary data. These results are indeed promising and will significantly strengthen our grant proposal. The MSI-H finding is particularly compelling.
I've checked my calendar. How about we connect with Dr. Chen next week? I'm free at either of these times:
• Tuesday at 10:00 AM PT
• Thursday at 2:00 PM PT
Let me know if either of those works.
Best,
CJ

We've completed sequencing on 24 samples. I need to follow up with Sam about the IRB approval for the next batch.
Dr. Sarah Chen:
Great progress. Don't forget we need to review the budget allocation for Phase 2.
Alex:
I'll have the full analysis ready by Friday. We need to submit our preliminary findings by March 15.
